Let me start off by saying that the book, Maddie Diaries is ASTONISHING! I am not even kidding. Maddie is not only an inspiring dancer, actress and model but she is a great author.

Her book is called The Maddie Diaries: A Memoir. It basically informs the audience all about her life and amazing journey throughout her years. It’s also nice to hear from a 13 year olds perspective. At only 8 years old, she became a part of “dance moms” and she soon became very famous and popular, gaining fans from all around the world. In the book, she talks about her ups and down moments, the hard stuff she has been through, her lovely family including Mackenzie, which is her sister.

Maddie shares her experiences with us and talks about how she earnt her fame, being in Sia’s “Chandelier” music video, performing, acting in “The book of Henry” and she answers her fans questions and the book also includes some shocking fun facts about Maddie.

I think this book is very uplifting and beneficial. If there is one thing I learn from this book, I learnt not to give up on your dreams and no dream is too big or small. for example, Maddie didn’t always win competitions and yes she did feel upset at some point but she knew that she will learn from her mistakes and try again and again and never to give up. Now, look at her now ! One of the most outstanding dancers I know.

I would recommend this book to anyone who would love to get inspired at any age! I rate this book 4 stars.
