Welcome to the official Australian Summer Reading Club program site.
Get ready to unleash your imagination as you encourage discovery of heroes, villains, sidekicks and more in this year's Summer Reading Club program: Heroes and Villains.
The 2016 Summer Reading Club program: Heroes and Villains, will officially run from Thursday, 1 December 2016 to Tuesday, 31 January 2017.Library registrations are open.
Your participation in the Australian Summer Reading Club allows children and young people to develop a sense of community with other children across the country. No matter where they are during the summer holidays, it is envisioned that children and young people will be able to participate in activities aligned to the annual programming theme, discover great Australian authors and illustrators, and share their voice by engaging in literary and creative activities, both online and in libraries.
The 2015 Summer Reading Club Evaluation Report is available for review. The report documents the measures and outcomes of the 2015 Lost Worlds program. Click here to read the report.
