Scare Joel’s sister Robyn.
‘We sneak into your sister Robyn’s bedroom and put a rubber replica snake in her bed, then, we wait and see what happens when she gets into bed.’
‘Cool, Robyn will go totally ape when she gets into bed and finds a snake in there with her. I think this could be the best prank we’ve ever played.’
After more serious and considered thought, (three seconds later) Jesse and Joel decide to activate their devious and dastardly plan.
Jesse and Joel carefully after checking that it was clear to do so snuck into Robyn’s bedroom and put their replica rubber snake into her bed.
‘All we’ve got to do now is wait,’ a smiling Jesse says.
As sneaky as Joel and Jesse thought they were, neither of them saw Robyn looking in her bedroom window at precisely the same time they were putting their replica rubber snake into her bed.
The thought of the great prank that they were playing kept Jesse and Joel amused for the rest of the day.
Joel asked his mother if Jesse could stay over. Jesse of course didn’t want to miss any of the fun that was going to happen when Robyn got into her bed.
After dinner was finished, and after what seemed like forever, Robyn said goodnight and went to her bedroom. Jesse and Joel raced to their bedroom and stood by the door, smiling and excited by the thought of the screams that would soon be coming from Robyn’s bedroom.
Five later minutes there was nothing.
Ten later minutes still nothing.
Fifteen later minutes and there was still nothing, not a sound coming from Robyn’s room.
‘Something has gone wrong, really wrong,’ Jesse says.
Not being able to work out what had gone wrong a very disappointed and unhappy Jesse and Joel got into their own beds.
